Lay Community | Summer Spirituality Program

The Community of Jesus Crucified for many years has assisted in vocational discernment and formation. In the summer of 2016 CJC launches its 8-week Summer Spirituality Program for Seminarians (SSP). The program will serve as a means to give a kind of "diocesan novitiate" for seminarians either in major seminary or transitioning into theology. The program will involve a course in spiritual theology and spiritual direction, an immersion in an environment of ora et labora, and will include the experience of an 8-day silent directed retreat.
